Have you ever wondered who occupies the County Soccer Fields when your children are in school? Well, don't worry yourself about it another minute! I discovered that here in South Mississippi we have several teams of Canadian Geese working out on the fields. This is just one of the teams I spotted practicing this morning! They were working on their goal tending skills. Several other gaggles of geese were on an adjacent field working on team building drills. I thought that my presence might disturb them but they were true professionals!
You might have wondered why your kids stink when they play soccer on these particular fields. Could it be that these geese deposit little blessings along the way? Maybe! Maybe not! This just might be the payback you get for playing in soccer tournaments on Sunday mornings when you should be in church. I can't say for sure! Something to think about!
Just remember..."Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance." James 1:2-3
